@psychotimmy New evening, new approach. Forget proper heap allocation with new and dispose, I'm moving on with the magic Mark and Release!
It totally solved the problem on the first (faster) test platform, and... also on Amstrad! Not only it does not freeze, but also by manually releasing all memory allocated since last card, I have no memory leaks.
